Weekly Timetable

All coaches have completed WABA coaching courses, hold up-to-date DBS checks, and are trained in safeguarding and risk assessment in line with WABA standards.

    Indurance Strength & Conditioning

Availability

We get a lot of interest in joining our club, so all clasess fill up quickly. Spaces become available throughout the year depending on attendance, commitment, and progression within the club. New places are then offered on a first-come, first-served basis when availability opens.
